Spring is coming (clearly not fast enough) and I'm definitely ready to wear more color! Today's project video happens to be one of my favorite pieces with colorful fabric flowers from Making Memories Vintage Groove Collection. Notice how different chains are used to create a chunky, textured look on the necklace.
