Wilna's Vintage Findings Layout

Making Memories Vintage Findings collection must be one of my favorite collections ever. I just love the idea of having some embellishments that reminds me of little treasures. I want to share a bit about the process of this page.

I gave my 12 years old the camera and she took some beautiful pictures of my husband and I. I just told her to keep on snapping pictures and we laughed and joked around. At the end of the "photo shoot" I had 70 pictures and lots to choose from and edit. Next, I used Photoshop elements and ran some actions on the pictures. An Action is a one-click-make-your-photo-fabulous button. I searched the web long ago and came across the coffeeshop blog where you can find free actions for Photoshop elements. I used the honey retro action for these pictures. Combining the embellishments and pictures on a page is always fun. I wrote the lyrics from "so close" by Jon McLaughlin as my journaling. I thought it was very appropriate. :  )
