Guest Designer Vicki Boutin
This month we are featuring guest designers on our blog. Today's post comes from Vicki Boutin who created a challenge using MM's Noteworthy program.
The Noteworthy line is simply gorgeous and I knew it would be a perfect choice for this picture of my daughter and her favorite dolly. I am all about adding lots of dimension to my pages and I did that on this page by layering the ribbon and glitter die-cuts and adding foam adhesive squares to pop up the elements.
To make the layered papers stand out, I lightly sanded the edges and distressed the photo mat. I used the foil hearts and stars and the buttons add an additional layer of interest. Also note that I used a digital frame create by Rhonna Farrer on the photo. To finish off the page I used Ranger's Glossy accents, a dimensional adhesive to create the "water droplets."
If you want to be featured on our blog, make sure to leave a comment with your blog address so we can see your work.
