If you have ever emailed into Making Memories about a concern, you most likely have received a response from Jana, who is over Making Memories’ consumer affairs. We thought it would be helpful to introduce people to her and what she does. Jana has been with us for 2 ½ years and is our resident happiness generator. Her people-pleasing personality helps her succeed at handling all customer inquiries that come into Making Memories, which by the way she does extremely promptly! Jana loves her job because it’s rewarding for her to be able to help make things better for people. She always tries to leave things better than she found them.
Besides working at Making Memories, Jana is a busy mom to an adorable 9 month old named Luke. Jana loves being a mom, she loves cooking (parmesan chicken and meatloaf are her specialties), camping and spending time with her husband when he’s not at the office.

Guess what I found in the mail today? A packet of Goodies from you. I was so surprised as I did not expect you to replace my Boho Chic tiny alphas which was bought at the LSS. And inside the packet, you even included some more goodies. Excited, I had to scrap this page. I have to applaud your COMMITMENT to providing excellent service and how you actually value feedback. I look forward to getting and scrapping with more of your fantastic products.
